Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna pen heartfelt birthday notes for son Aarav; see posts

On the occasion of her son Aarav's 21st birthday, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, the beloved author, and former actress, expressed their affection and pride with an endearing birthday wish. On Friday, Akshay and Twinkle took to their social media to commemorate this special day, sharing photographs of their son.

Sharing Aarav’s picture, Akshay wrote in caption, “Hi mere angrez puttar…the candles on your cake count to 21 today, but for me you’d always be the li’l one who’d jump into my lap and make a tough day worth carrying on. Enjoy your day my son, you can now legally do everything I suspect you’ve been doing already ;) Love you, Aarav. Forever your proud dad.”

While Twinkle shared a delightful throwback image from Aarav's childhood along with a current image and captioned the pictures with a thoughtful message, saying, “All of 21 and technically a grown man! Raising a child is a bit like building a house and designing each room. You do the best you can, and finally, it's time to hand over the house to its rightful owner who will rearrange the furniture the way they like and pay the bills as well:) Happy birthday my son, and may your unfailing kindness continue bringing a smile to everyone who knows you.”

Meanwhile, Akshay was recently seen in OMG 2 alongside Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam. The film earned praise from critics and audience alike and performed well at the box office. He has Sky Force and Tinu Suresh Desai’s directorial, The Great Indian Rescue starring alongside Parineeti Chopra. The film is slated to release on October 5, 2023. He also has Jolly LLB 3, Welcome 3, Housefull 5 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in his pipeline.
