Zeenat Aman swoons over Janhvi Kapoor recreating one of her iconic looks: “Like I said, true fashion is timeless”

Zeenat Aman, earlier this year, launched her Instagram account and since then, has been posting intriguing posts about her career, her life, her lids and more. Oftentimes, she shares unseen memories from her movies, shares anecdotes with fans etc. In recent times, she has also become the face of several brand campaigns. In her latest post, she has been seen praising Janhvi Kapoor.

Taking to Instagram, Zeenat Aman posted a picture of herself holding a phone. She wrote in the caption, “Some looks never go out of style, and are reinvented by every passing generation. @janhvikapoor, you had me swooning with your gorgeous recreation of one of my most memorable and beloved outfits.”

She added, “The feather boa, that curve-hugging sequined gown, the silver headband… and best of all, your joy and confidence. Beautiful! Like I said, true fashion is timeless. It has a little to do with clothes, and a lot to do with attitude. All the rest? It’s just a trend.”

“Give me a call, Janhvi. I suspect there’s a thing or two that we can learn from one another - heart to heart, face to face, Gen Zeenat to Gen Z,” she wrote. It seems like a campaign for a brand promotion.
