Sikandar trailer launch: Salman Khan DEFENDS 31-year age gap with Rashmika Mandanna; says, “Jab heroine ko problem nahin hai…”

Actor Salman Khan recently made headlines during the trailer launch of his upcoming action-packed film Sikandar, where he addressed the ongoing social media chatter about the 31-year age difference between him and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna. The actor took a firm stand against critics, asserting that the age gap should not be an issue if the actress herself is unbothered by it.

Salman’s Bold Response to Social Media Trolls Speaking at the event, Salman Khan responded to the trolling and scrutiny that often accompanies such pairings in Bollywood. “Social media wale log aaj kal peeche pad jaate hai. Now they are saying that there is a 31-year difference between the heroine and me. Arey jab heroine ko problem nahin hai, heroine ke father ko problem nahin hai, toh tumko kyun problem hai bhai?” he quipped, translating to: “When the heroine has no problem with it, and her father has no issue, why should it bother you, brother?” His witty response was met with cheers and applause from the audience.

The actor didn’t stop at defending the age gap. He spoke about the evolving nature of an actor’s career, particularly for women in the industry. “Tomorrow when she gets married and has kids and becomes a big star, even then she will continue to work, right?”

This isn’t the first time Salman Khan has starred opposite a significantly younger actress.
