Sonam Kapoor extends heartfelt wishes to in-laws on 40th anniversary; Anand Ahuja joins celebration

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor recently extended heartfelt wishes to her beloved in-laws, Harish Ahuja and Priya Ahuja, as they celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. The actress tied the knot with Anand Ahuja, and had welcomed their little bundle of joy, Vayu.

To mark the milestone anniversary of her parents-in-law, Sonam and Anand celebrated their enduring love in a heartfelt manner. Taking to her Instagram stories, Sonam Kapoor posted an adorable message, expressing her warm wishes on the occasion. She wrote, “Happy happy anniversary to the best best best! Love you both.” Anand Ahuja, Sonam's husband, also joined in the celebration by sharing a heartfelt post on his social media. He posted a picture of his parents, Harish Ahuja and Priya Ahuja, capturing and accompanied it with the caption, “40 years and setting goalssssssss.”

For the unversed, Sonam Kapoor and businessman Anand Ahuja got married on May 8, 2018, in a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony. On August 20, 2022, the couple embraced parenthood and welcomed their first baby boy Vayu Kapoor Ahuja in Mumbai.

On the professional front, Sonam Kapoor was last seen in a film titled Blind, which was an official remake of the 2011 Korean film by the same name. It told the story of a blind police officer in search of a serial killer. Directed by debutant director Shome Makhija, the film also featured Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey.
