Shah Rukh Khan and Shahid Kapoor rehearse on their popular songs for Women's Premier League opening ceremony in Bangalore, watch

Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan, and Tiger Shroff are set to perform at the Women’s Premier League (WPL). The star-studded event will take place at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on 23rd February. For the same, SRK and Shahid reached the venue on Thursday for the grand rehearsals.

Several videos are doing the rounds on social media where Shah Rukh Khan is rehearsing on ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ from Pathaan, ‘Ramaiya Vastavaiya’ and Jawan title tracks. He was also seen doing his signature arm pose.

A second video shows Shahid Kapoor discussing the game of cricket. “I wanted to be a cricketer growing up. When I come to a stadium, I am full of excitement. I am like a kid. This is such a fantastic initiative. It is great to see all the women. They are such amazing athletes and they deserve the best opportunities and this is a great platform for them. I think it was well overdue,” he said. The inaugural match will be between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is yet to announce his next project but speculations are that he is working with Sujoy Ghosh for Red Chillies Entertainment’s next King, starring alongside Suhana Khan.
