Cannes 2023: Surveen Chawla illuminates the French Riviera in a neon yellow lehenga worth Rs.1.78 lakh

She spent Rs. 1,78,000 on her lehenga outfit.

Surveen selected a number of silver chains as her jewellery. She chose to wear many finger rings and a ring hand chain as extra accessories while tying her smooth, middle-parted hair in a bun. She had brown-tinted lips, sculpted cheekbones, and kohl-rimmed eyes.
