New Mommy Sonam Kapoor can’t wait to dress up and go on a date with Anand Ahuja; shares a throwback pic
Recently, Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor embraced motherhood as she welcomed her first child with her husband Anand Ahuja. Since then, all her fans are waiting to catch glimpses of her newborn. While the new parents in Tinseltown are enjoying the journey of parenthood, a part of them can’t wait to go on dates again.
Interestingly, on Saturday, the Neerja actress took to her verified social media handle and shared a throwback picture featuring the couple. In the photo, the couple can be seen posing in stylish outfits. While Sonam looks stunning in a black turtleneck sweater top paired with a black and purple floral skirt, Anand rocked a dapper look as he supported a suit and tie.
Sharing this picture on her Instagram feed, Sonam wrote, “Right after we got engaged… life has just gotten better. Can’t wait to dress up and go on a date again” along with a red heart emoticon and hashtag that read, “everyday phenomenal”. So far, the photo post of Delhi 6 actress has bagged thousands of likes.

Meanwhile, the image took Ahuja down memory lane as he remembered that they clicked for the shot “right after” he spoke to Kapoor’s parents. On the other hand, Sonam’s mom Sunita Kapoor, aunt Maheep Kapoor, and cousin Shanaya Kapoor, among many others, showered love on them in the comments section.
Kapoor and Ahuja dated each other for a couple of years before getting married in May 2018. While Kapoor has been on a hiatus since the release of AK vs AK in which she played herself, Ahuja is an established businessman.
